Job summary

You will supervise staff, coach and train team members, ensure prompt service, proper product assembly and cashiering while upholding Moffitt's standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree and Food Safety Manager certification. Proficiency in MS Office and strong safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic food safety and kitchen physical safety knowledge.
• Proficient with relevant food service equipment and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates staff to serve patrons at brand outlets and patient services.
• Coaches, trains and develops team members.
• Ensures positive customer service through timely service, accurate product assembly and cashiering.
• Assists management with cash control, special functions and catering.
• Assist with Dietary bookkeeper duties including deposit verification, data entry and payroll.
