Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Dietary Services Manager to oversee culinary and dining operations at a skilled nursing facility in Wichita Falls, TX. You will lead a kitchen and dining team to deliver high-quality, compliant meals that enhance resident satisfaction.

Collaborate with facility leadership and nursing to tailor dining experiences; manage budgets; ensure regulatory compliance and safety. CDM or related degree preferred, with 2+ years healthcare leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of food service leadership experience within skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospital environments.
• Deep operational knowledge of healthcare food service regulations, dietary restrictions, and kitchen management.
• Proven track record of stabilizing operations, building team culture, and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily culinary operations while maintaining high standards for meal quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and train kitchen and dining staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Manage regulatory compliance, sanitation, state survey readiness, and adherence to therapeutic and texture-modified diets.
• Partner with facility leadership and clinical nursing teams to deliver personalized resident dining experiences.
• Control operating expenses, labor, purchasing, and inventory to maintain financial alignment with account budgets.
