Job summary

Trinity Nursing Home seeks an experienced Manager, Dietary to lead dietary and nutrition services in a residential care setting, ensuring safe, high‑quality meals that support resident health and satisfaction. You will oversee menus, budgeting, and staff, while maintaining compliance with food safety standards.

The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet individual nutritional needs and promote a positive dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Dietitian in North Dakota (ND) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required.
• Education as necessary for Dietitian or Certified Dietary Manager.
• 5+ years in a health care facility preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting, quality food purchasing, food preparation and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary operations to ensure safe, nutritious meal service for residents and guests.
• Develop and monitor menus and nutrition programs aligned with regulatory standards and resident needs.
• Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure excellent service and food safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for efficient resource use.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure sanitation, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across dietary operations.
