Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead and direct the dietary department in a long-term care facility, ensuring that quality nutritional services meet federal, state, and local standards.

You will coordinate with Nursing, Housekeeping, Social Services, and other teams; develop policies, assess residents' dietary needs, and plan menus while maintaining safe, clean kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• LTC or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dietary services in care facilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates dietary services with Nursing, Housekeeping, Social Services, and other departments.
• Assists in developing departmental policies, procedures, equipment, and supplies.
• Assists in developing preliminary and comprehensive dietary assessments for residents.
• Assists in creating written dietary plans of care to address resident needs.
• Assists in scheduling care plans and assessments for committee review.
• Ensures care plans are used in planning daily dietary services and that equipment needs are identified.
