Responsibilities

• Plan Dietary Services: participate in meetings, purchase food within budget, plan menus to meet nutritional standards, interview residents or family to obtain diet history, maintain records of resident food likes and dislikes, document dietary progress notes and resident response, visit residents to evaluate meals.
