Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions seeks a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the food-service department in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will supervise staff, coordinate menus, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, and collaboration with clinicians to meet therapeutic dietary needs, while maintaining records and ensuring service excellence for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate, coach and supervise food-service personnel.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulations influencing standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food-service department operations per policy and regulations.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate staff to maintain service quality.
• Develop budgets and monitor cost-effective programs.
• Coordinate with clients, facility staff, physicians and vendors.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and proper storage practices.
• Oversee nutrition planning and collaborate with RD on dietary plans.
