Lexington Health in Columbia, SC seeks a Nutrition Services team member to guide patients on modified diet guidelines and assist with meal selections. You will liaise between patients and Nutrition Services, coordinating with patient care staff to ensure accurate diet information and optimal patient satisfaction.

You will support a professional team, engage with patients of all ages, and contribute to a respectful, quality-focused care environment at Lexington Health.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 Year of past customer service experience
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and ability to educate patients
• Proficient computer skills; Windows-based applications
• Excellent oral and written communication with conflict resolution

Responsabilidades

• Direct interaction with patients across age groups (infant to geriatric).
• Manage Room Service Call Center; explain ordering process and diet guidelines to callers.
• Communicate food production needs to Nutrition Services staff.
• Maintain professional image and strong patient relations with staff and visitors.
