Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to oversee oral, enteral and parenteral nutrition across assigned settings in West Columbia, SC. You will collaborate with the care team to implement nutrition plans based on guidelines and patient needs.

Responsibilities include screening, education, monitoring, and evaluating nutrition outcomes, while adhering to policy and quality standards and contributing to department performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or related field.
• Master’s Degree can substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree with RDN achieved before 2024.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required.
• Current SC license to practice dietetics or eligibility with license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care for all clients across assigned settings.
• Screen, assess, educate, monitor, and evaluate nutrition needs.
• Collaborate with health care team to plan and coordinate care.
• Develop and implement nutrition strategies to promote health.
• Ensure nutrition care processes meet policy and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice.
