Qualifications

• Minimum one year of past customer service experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with administration of modified diets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with patients of all ages in Room Service Call Center.
• Explain ordering processes, diet guidelines and restrictions to callers.
• Communicate production needs for patient meals to Nutrition Services staff.
• Maintain professional image and strong customer relations with patients and staff.
• Assist with ensuring accurate and appropriate patient diet information.
