Job summary

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ seeks an experienced leader to oversee patient food service operations across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care communities. You will manage staff, ensure safe, timely meals, and uphold sanitation standards while delivering compassionate, high-quality dining experiences.

You will drive client relations, monitor financial performance, and coach teams to meet operational goals, safety benchmarks, and service excellence in a senior care environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years' experience in patient food service operations and tray line execution within a healthcare environment.
• One (1) year or more of management experience.
• Certified Dietary Manager highly preferred and willingness to obtain ServSafe manager certification.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic/texture modified diets.
• Familiarity with applications such as applicant tracking, timekeeping, inventory, budgeting, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food service operations in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Lead and support patient service staff to ensure meals are prepared, assembled, and delivered timely.
• Conduct regular patient and departmental rounds to assess service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee diet office operations and the Service Ambassador program for effective communication and service.
• Monitor, document, and enforce safety and sanitation compliance.
• Supervise tray line operations and room service programs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Plan and lead daily team huddles to communicate priorities and reinforce standards.
