Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare food service or senior living.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory, labor management, and cost controls.
• Experience preparing for state surveys and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• CDM credential preferred.

We're looking for an experienced Dietary Manager to lead food service operations at a 180-bed skilled nursing community in Wichita Falls, TX. In this role, you'll oversee daily dining operations, lead and develop your team, and work closely with nursing and community leadership to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality meals that meet their individual dietary needs.

You'll bring a strong understanding of healthcare food service regulations, therapeutic diets, and texture-modified diets, along with the hands-on leadership experience to manage a busy operation, strengthen team performance, and drive operational improvements. Job Responsibilities

As the Dietary Manager, you'll oversee the daily dining operation, partnering closely with the client and regional leadership, to ensure exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Required

• Experience with budgeting, inventory, labor management, and cost controls
• Experience preparing for state surveys and maintaining regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential, preferred
