Job summary

iCare Health Network is seeking a Dietary Manager to supervise a team of dietary staff and direct daily operations in the dietary department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will oversee nutritious meal options and proper food handling to maintain high-quality service for residents.

This role requires experience in meal preparation and menu creation, knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to train staff in sanitation and nutrition.

Responsibilities
