Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead and train the dietary team, oversee daily operations, and implement best practices in dietary management. The role focuses on quality service, nutrition planning, and fostering a collaborative work environment in the Treasure Valley.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in dietary management, strong leadership and communication skills, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dietary management, food service, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of dietary guidelines, nutrition principles, and food safety standards.
• Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in food service or nutrition are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the dietary team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Oversee meal planning, preparation, and presentation in accordance with dietary guidelines and client needs
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of dietary supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals or clients to develop personalized nutrition plans
• Maintain accurate documentation related to dietary services and team performance
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes professional growth
