JAG Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department in delivering nutritious meals and a positive dining experience for residents.

You will supervise staff, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, manage menus, inventory, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident health and quality of life.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and a resident-focused approach to care in a long-term care setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDM and ServSafe Level 2 preferred but not required.
• Experience in dietary/food service leadership in long-term care or healthcare.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and therapeutic diets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
