The role requires a background in senior care and appropriate certifications; state-specific food safety requirements apply, offering a stable, caregiver-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• CDM/CFPP/DTR certifications are preferred.
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC required.
• Certification in food safety as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise the dietary department and staff.
• Provide nutritionally appropriate meals to residents.
• Ensure quality food service and nutrition care in compliance with applicable regulations.
