Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager at Westview of Derby Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Derby, KS. You will lead the dietary department, plan menus, supervise staff, and ensure nutritionally appropriate meals for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) or Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) certification is preferred.
• Prior dietary supervisory experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting is required.
• Certification in food safety may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control and supervise functions and personnel within the dietary department.
• Safely provide nutritionally appropriate meals to residents to maintain and enhance health.
• Ensure quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with regulations.
