We are seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to join our team! The role involves planning, purchasing, preparing, and ensuring the delivery of nutritious, high-quality food to residents within budget constraints, in accordance with dietary guidelines from the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of Sciences, and complying with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate menu patterns under the supervision of the consulting dietitian.
• Evaluate and monitor all aspects of dietary operations, making recommendations to ensure nutritionally adequate, quality food.
• Maintain high-quality food services for regular and modified diets.
• Purchase and receive food and non-food supplies, ensuring proper storage in accordance with Department of Health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Credentialed in Dietary Management is preferred.
