What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of dietary staff, ensuring meals are nutritious, flavorful, and served with care
  • Design seasonal menus that meet diverse dietary needs and resident preferences
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations
  • Monitor and manage food and labor costs without compromising on excellence
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support health-focused dining plans
  • Bring creativity to the table by implementing special meals and dining experiences
  • Cook as needed on a rotation with others.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience managing a kitchen team (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality a plus)
  • Prior experience with either as a cook or service in a professional setting
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant professional experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills—you're a coach, not just a boss
  • Solid understanding of budget management and dietary compliance
  • A passion for food, people, and making a difference through hospitality
