Job summary

Reliant-Care-Management-Compan is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department, ensuring safety, nutrition quality, and compliance with regulations.

You will plan menus, supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Current ServSafe Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the dietary department operations
• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents
• Participate in the facility’s budgeting process
• Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively
• Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration
