Job summary

Magnolia Rehab and Longterm Care in Columbia, TN is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dietary department in a skilled nursing facility. You will plan menus, ensure regulatory compliance, train staff, monitor resident satisfaction, and work closely with nursing to support optimal nutrition.

CDM certification is required, and prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications
