Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Hampton is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the Dietary Department and ensure high-quality meals for residents. You will supervise staff, plan menus, and maintain cleanliness and safety in dining areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus Iowa CDM certification and food sanitation credentials. Prior dietary management experience is preferred; the facility supports growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, food sanitation certification, and State of Iowa Dietary Manager Certification (CDM).
• Prior Dietary Manager experiences are preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the Dietary Department and ensure residents receive meals that meet nutritional needs.
• Plan and direct all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff.
• Ensure department cleanliness and a pleasant, safe dining experience for residents.

As a Dietary Manager you will take charge of the Dietary Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Hampton by planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.
