Job summary

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Department in a Skilled Nursing setting. You will plan and direct all aspects of the department, supervise staff, ensure department cleanliness, and oversee meals to meet residents' nutritional needs, delivering a pleasant and safe dining experience.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, food sanitation certification, and Illinois CDM certification; prior experience is preferred, and we are willing to invest

As a Dietary Manager you will take charge of the Dietary Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect by planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, food sanitation certification, and State of ILDietary Manager Certification (CDM). Prior Dietary Manager experience and certification are preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
