Rehabilitation Center of Hampton is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the Dietary Department and ensure high-quality, nutritious meals for residents.

You will supervise staff, maintain department cleanliness, and ensure meals meet residents' nutritional needs with attention to safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food sanitation certification is required.
• Iowa Dietetic Manager Certification (CDM) is required.

As a Dietary Manager you will take charge of the Dietary Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Hampton by planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, food sanitation certification, and State of Iowa Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M) Prior Dietary Manager experiences are preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
