Job summary

Magnoliahcrehab is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager – CDM Certified to oversee the daily operations of our dietary department in a skilled nursing facility.

The role requires CDM certification, long-term care experience preferred, and strong leadership to ensure food safety, scheduling, inventory, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CDM certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations.
• Experience managing dietary staff and department operations.
• Ability to manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food service.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and hands-on approach.
