Responsibilities

• Meal preparation and culinary excellence for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plate and garnish all cooked items to ensure an attractive presentation.
• Lead support: assist Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Kitchen sanitation: maintain high cleanliness standards before and after service.
• Inventory and recipe management: manage stock, rotation, purchasing support, and recipe development.
• Special events: handle last-minute culinary requests for events and facility functions.
