Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of institutional food service experience is preferred.
• Sufficient education to demonstrate functional literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing meals, salads, and desserts for residents.
• Follow diet orders and serve nourishments according to guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage of leftovers and ingredients.
• Deliver trays to patients/residents and support serving staff.
• Record temps and monitor kitchen equipment as required.
