Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve nourishments and help with tray delivery to patients/residents.
• Properly store leftovers and follow procurement procedures.
• Assist with portion control and record substitutions per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment and ensure proper sanitation standards.
• Comply with infection control policies and safety procedures.
