Wyndhurst Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Cook to oversee meal preparation and supervise dietary functions. You will prepare a variety of foods, assist with tray service, and ensure meals meet nutrition and presentation standards for residents.

Formación

• Education: High School diploma preferred, or ability to read and write English effectively.
• Experience: Previous culinary experience is a plus.
• Job Knowledge: Proficient in preparing and cooking a variety of foods in larger quantities; knowledge of special diets, seasoning, cooking times, and temperature controls.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise dietary functions and personnel in the absence of the manager.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of meals, ensuring visual appeal and flavor.
• Coordinate tray service and cleanliness, maintaining an organized kitchen.
• Maintain accurate records as directed to ensure seamless operations.
