Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of foods in larger quantities.
• Knowledge of special diets, seasoning, cooking times and temperatures.
• Ability to estimate food quantities and minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary functions and kitchen personnel in absence of manager.
• Prepare meals and ensure visual appeal and flavor.
• Coordinate tray service and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Keep accurate records as directed for operations.
