Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a dietary team member to prepare meals per resident diets while following food safety and sanitation standards. This role operates under the supervision of the Food Service Director in a skilled nursing setting.

Shifts available 6:00a-2:00p or 12:00p-8:00p with a wage of $18.00 per hour; full-time employment, comprehensive benefits and tuition opportunities may be offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and community procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain food safety standards under supervision.
