Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated dietary team member for Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA. You will prepare meals per resident diet specifications and follow all safety and sanitation rules in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and procedures.
• Follow health/sanitation regulations and safety policies.
• Assist in maintaining dietary policies and provide quality meals.
