Atrium Centers in Zeeland, MI is seeking a Cook for full-time, first shift to prepare meals for residents according to diet specifications and approved menus, helping sustain a warm, nourishing dining experience.

You will follow the Dietary Supervisor's directions to ensure consistency and quality, comply with all dietary policies and sanitary regulations, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support timely meal service for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans.
• Follow direction from the Dietary Supervisor to ensure consistency and quality.
• Comply with all facility dietary policies, procedures, and sanitary regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
