Allure of Mount Carroll is looking for a dependable and caring Full-Time Dietary Cook to join our dietary team in Mount Carroll, Illinois. You will prepare nutritious, delicious meals and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents.

Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and resident-specific dietary requirements.
Follow physician-ordered diets and established meal plans.
Ensure food is prepared, handled, stored, and served safely.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
Assist with kitchen cleaning and daily dietary duties.
Work closely with the Dietary and Nursing Teams to meet our residents' needs.
Help create a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents.
Previous cooking experience preferred.
Healthcare or long-term care dietary experience is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary guidelines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
