Allure of Mount Carroll is looking for a dependable and caring Full-Time Dietary Cook to join our dietary team in Mount Carroll, Illinois. You will prepare nutritious, delicious meals and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents.

Experience in cooking is preferred; healthcare or long-term care dietary exposure is a plus. You will follow physician-ordered diets and food safety guidelines, maintain a clean kitchen, and collaborate with Dietary and Nursing Teams to meet

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and resident-specific dietary requirements.
• Follow physician-ordered diets and established meal plans.
• Ensure food is prepared, handled, stored, and served safely.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and daily dietary duties.
• Work closely with the Dietary and Nursing Teams to meet our residents' needs.
• Help create a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents.
