• Oversees food tray line to ensure trays meet diet cards and are prepared efficiently.
• Provide supervision to dietary aides as directed.
• Ensure sanitation policies and procedures are followed per regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions and supply needs to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper storage of tools and supplies.
• Interact effectively with Residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Attend and participate in meetings and in-services as directed.
