• Maintain area as clean and organized possible in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
• Work on prep prior to cooking.
• Work with some food deliveries.
• Maintain refrigerators as clean and organized possible.
• Follow all required logging, like cooking temp, cooling temp, fridges temp, etc.
• Have some supervision control on staff for things regarding cleaning, answering phones, dealing with residents, etc.
