Rocky Mountain Care—Cottage on Vine in Murray, UT is seeking a Part Time Dietary Cook to join the Food Services department. You will prepare meals according to planned menus, work with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Current/Active Food Handlers Permit required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• One year of dietary/food service experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares meals.
• Works with Dietitian/Director of Food Services and implements recommended changes.
• Ensures food procedures follow established policies and guidelines.
• Completes forms and reports for Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Assists in establishing food service production lines to ensure timely meals.
