Rocky Mountain Care Riverton, Utah is hiring a Dietary Cook to prepare meals according to planned menus and therapeutic diets. You will work with the Dietitian and Food Services Director to implement changes, ensure accuracy of portions, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen.

The role requires a high school diploma, an active Food Handlers Permit, and the ability to work 18+ hours. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current/Active Food Handlers Permit required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• One year dietary/food service supervisory experience preferred (not mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Prepares meals in accordance with menus and dietary guidelines.
• Collaborates with Dietitian/Director of Food Services for changes.
• Maintains sanitation, portion control, and food safety standards.
• Completes administrative tasks and documentation as required.
