Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares meals.
• Works with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services as necessary and implements changes as required.
• Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus and standardized recipes.
• Ensures that food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
• Maintains sanitation and proper food storage; ensures meals are appetizing and served on time.
• Assists in inventorying and stocking food and supplies and supports special meals as needed.
