Job summary

Arcadia on the Hill in Springfield, IL is seeking a Cook to prepare meals in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards to assure that quality food service is consistently provided.

You will review menus, assist in planning regular and special diet menus, and ensure food is available for preparation by cooks. One year of dietary/food experience is preferred; State Food Service Sanitation certification is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• One (1) year dietary/food experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred but not required.
• Must have State Food Service Sanitation certification.
• Food Sanitation License preferred.
