Prepare and cook meals and snacks according to established menus and recipes, ensuring high-quality food service to our residents
Maintain clean and organized kitchen areas, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Assist with food ordering, inventory management, and budgeting
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and staff, ensuring complete satisfaction with our food service
High School diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts degree or certification preferred
1+ years of experience in a food service or culinary role; long-term care or healthcare experience a plus
Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
