Job summary

NHS Management, LLC in Ozark, Alabama is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare food that meets all federal, state, and local standards under the guidance of the Food Service Director. You will also help oversee daily cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking large quantities or completion of appropriate training program preferred.

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job.
