Job summary

NHS Management, LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Dietary Cook to support our patients' well-being by preparing meals in line with federal, state, and local standards. You will follow the Food Service Director's directions to ensure quality, safe, and nutritious foods are available at all times.

You will assist with daily cleaning tasks and work as part of a caring team dedicated to helping residents regain independence.

Qualifications

• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude towards elderly and disabled.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.

We are in search of a Dietary Cook within our growing organization:

• To prepare food in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, the facility’s established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Food Service Director, to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times.
• Assist and direct the daily or scheduled cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude towards the elderly and disabled
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job.
