Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Cook to join our culinary team in Cleveland, Ohio. This part-time role involves preparing nutritious meals in line with dietary guidelines and health regulations, contributing to residents' well-being in a collaborative environment.

You will work a day shift on the part-time schedule with rotating weekends, and compensation is hourly at $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of previous kitchen or dietary cook experience preferred.
• Experience with following dietary guidelines beneficial.

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements.
• Portion and serve meals with proper presentation and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook various meals according to planned menus, dietary requirements, and nutritional guidelines.
• Portion and serve meals, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including the proper storage of food and supplies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to resident feedback regarding meals and make adjustments as necessary.
