Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or hospitality environments preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Nutrition Care Program and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises subordinate staff to ensure quality food production and dining experience for residents, guests and staff.
• Assists dietitian with the Nutrition Care Program administration and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs as assigned.
• Fosters positive relationships with clients, residents, and dining service teams.
• Provides nutrition information and conducts dietary counseling as designated.
