Responsibilities

• Greets customers and ensures a pleasant visit.
• Prepares equipment and setup for cafeteria service.
• Places and portions food items and beverages for service.
• Maintains cleanliness and attractive appearance of all department areas.
• Performs dishwashing and maintains sanitation of dish machine and prep areas.
• Assists in menu review and daily food preparation.
• Prepares items for Meals on Wheels and cafeteria as directed.
• Follows HACCP and sanitation procedures 100% of the time.
