The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. The position involves assembling and checking diet trays, labeling food, delivering meals, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness on site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Qualifications

• Must have dietary aide experience (LTC preferred but not required).
• Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, etc...
• Able to follow and understand procedures.
• Positive attitude, patience and team mentality.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and check diet trays to meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food properly.
• Deliver food carts and collect trucks after meals.
• Work in dish room and wash dishes with dish machine.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Keep the kitchen clean; sweep/mop floors.
• Carry out garbage disposal.
