Responsibilities

• Passes menus to patients by name and room number and presents a positive image.
• Portions food for tray line and stocks/restocks stations with supplies.
• Serves trays at mealtime and loads trays onto meal trucks.
• Prepares and delivers between-meal nourishments and tube feedings as needed.
• Inventories par stock for designated nursing units and cleans work areas.
