Tygartvalleyhr is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support our residents with nutritious meals and impeccable sanitation. This part-time role focuses on meal prep, serving, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

You will set up dining areas, assist in meal preparation under guidance, deliver meals, and help with cleanup and inventory. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, food service certification is a plus, and strong communication helps you thrive on our team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dietary aide with food service exposure.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals per instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under dietary manager or cook guidance.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on schedule.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and turnover.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and trash.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment.
