Tygart Valley Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and dining services. You will assist in meal preparation under guidance, ensure sanitation, and deliver trays to rooms on schedule.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with food service certification considered a plus. The role requires physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance, adhering to safety standards.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms on time.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup by clearing areas and collecting items.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock and maintain inventory.
• Help upkeep kitchen equipment and appliances.
